Adult Crew?
This means grown-ups, ya dig? So if your a grown up with a kid mentality of an ass-wipe you will be disqualified. As Leader I have a very low tolerance for bull-shit. And I refuse to entertain any drama.
SEOS is not for drama queens, trolls and or modders who cause harm to fellow gamers.
How can I move-up in the crew?
By putting in work, no one lives here for free.
Work means being as active as possible and being a role model team mate!!! Someone who goes above and beyond to help fellow crew mates to rank up, shows exemplified team spirit and crew pride.
Do I need a mic?
That would be nice, or Skype for instant messaging. No one really likes playing with a mute.
We also have a chat room and meetings to discuss crew concerns etc via Skype.
In addition, we have our forum which keeps everyone up to date on news.

How active do I need to be?
As mature gamers we manage our gaming life and real life. We would like to see you as often as possible. So don't disappear for weeks or months at a time with some lame excuse. 3x a week minimum would be nice, and if you can't play..by all means support your crew by being social on media sites.

Kicked and or banned is a result of?
Not wearing the SEOS tag is a sure way to get kicked and lying about your age. We also don't like to home lazy crew members. So that is somthing you might want to think about.
Being a general douche, with a shit attitude will get you banned ;)
And please do NOT share your file, no excuses. in fact we encourage you to recruit your friends and partners who are also adults.

As you might have noticed by now we are an ADULT crew. We ask and expect all our potential members to find out as much about us as possible prior to putting in a request to join as we would like to avoid teen crew jumping ;) if you catch my drift.
